Jason Palmer

With nearly two decades of hands-on experience in various facets of the real estate industry, Jason Palmer serves as Managing Director of Jimmy Palmer Real Estate Co. Ltd.

When his father, James “Jimmy” Palmer started the company in 1997, Jason received early exposure to the family business and developed a passion for land development and estate management. This led him to pursue a degree in Land Economy and Valuation Surveying from the University of Technology, after which he migrated to the United States to pursue a career in project management with a Fortune 500 company. 

In 2005, he returned to the family business as a partner, bringing with him fresh ideas and innovative strategies. After being groomed for leadership from a young age, and immersing himself in every aspect of the business, Jason inherited the helm of the company after the unfortunate passing of Jimmy in 2023.

Under Jason’s leadership, Jimmy Palmer Real Estate has expanded its portfolio, while maintaining the core values and customer-centric approach established by Jimmy.

Jason is committed to honoring his father’s legacy by fostering a company culture that values integrity, excellence, and community engagement. His vision and dedication have not only preserved the company’s reputation but also propelled it to new heights in the competitive real estate market. 

Known for his collaborative leadership style, Jason has a passion for customer service and a love for connecting with people.  As a son of St. Thomas, Jason is passionate about the parish and its people and remains committed to assist them with fulfilling their real estate dreams and goals. 

Outside of his professional responsibilities, Jason is passionate about cars and all things automotive and enjoys spending time with his two children, Abigail and Jaden. 

Charmaine Henry

A licensed Sales Agent with over 5 years of Residential, Commercial and Agricultural Sales Experience, Ms. Charmaine Henry brings a wealth of knowledge to her job as a Real Estate Sales Agent.

Prior to joining our company, her background spanned various sectors including Education, Retail Management, Media & Communication and Hospitality.

A graduate of The University of the West Indies with a degree in Media and Communication, she also holds certification in Marketing, Wealth Planning & Financial Management among others.
She is very involved in Community Development and serves as a Justice of the Peace, a member of the Lions Club of St. Thomas and appointed to serve on the St. Thomas Adjudication Committee for the National Land Agency.

In her current profession as a Real Estate Sales Agent, she provides superior service to home buyers and sellers.

Rodrigo Gowie

With over 15 years of dedicated experience in the real estate industry, Rodrigo Gowie, Acting Managing Director of Jimmy Palmer Real Estate Co. Ltd., is a seasoned professional known for his exceptional skills and extensive knowledge. As a licensed real estate dealer, he has successfully facilitated countless transactions, earning a reputation for integrity and client satisfaction. Mr. Gowie specializes in property valuations, leveraging a strategic approach to navigate the complexities of the market encompassing sales, rentals and leases. His commitment to staying abreast of industry trends and dedication to providing personalized service make him a trusted authority in real estate islandwide. His good business practices have also led to him being a chosen member of Jamaica’s Justices of Peace.
